1) Please remove ALL Metal Ornaments/Jewelry, Watches, Glasses, Pager and Cellphone (and any other devices generating electromagnetic radiations), before doing the following procedure.

2) Please wear Clothes made from NATURAL Fabric(s).

3) Please be SURE that you've read and that you understand your own Frequency Generator/Instrument - Operating Instructions, before proceeding with Operating Steps 1 - 17.

4) Please preprogram your Frequency Generator/Instrument with the REQUIRED Specific Frequencies and Time Periods, if a Programming Function is available, before proceeding with Operating Steps 1 - 17.

5) Please ELIMINATE Operating Steps 1 - 7 (see below), once they are initially COMPLETED, if you're going to use your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) on a REGULAR basis.

6) Please pay SPECIAL attention to the RED NOTE in Step 13 (see below) and the NOTES, which are right after Operating Steps 1, 2, 7, 10, 11 & 13.

7) Please place your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) within 1 ft. of the rear of your Glass Plasma Tube & Stand/Holder, but at LEAST 6 ft. away from your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) and at least 12 ft. away from your Frequency Generator/Instrument.

8) Please place your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) at LEAST 3 ft. away from your Body, during your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session.
NOTE: Your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) emits a 60 Hz. Electromagnetic Field, which is a Frequency, that can ADVERSELY affect your Health, especially when you're SERIOUSLY ILL.

9) Please place your Frequency Generator/Instrument on either a Plastic or a Wood Table and your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) on various shelves of a Book Shelf, so that you can use your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) for the top to the bottom of your Body, if NEEDED.
NOTE: Whatever you use, there should be FEW, if ANY, Metal Parts involved.

10) Please clean your Glass Plasma Tube, if it has Film/Haze on it, with an ammonia-based Glass Cleaner, when it has COOLED DOWN and is NOT being used.

11) Please hold onto the Jack &/or the Plug, rather than holding onto the Cable, when you are connecting or disconnecting Cables, pertaining to the Units, which are involved with your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) & your Frequency Generator/Instrument.

12) Please lift your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet), when moving it to another location, because sliding your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) could DISPLACE it's Rubber Feet.

13) Please REPLACE a Metal Amplitude/Intensity Knob, with a Plastic Knob (or wear a glove), if applicable.
NOTE: The High Voltage Electric Field, being generated, can flow from your Body into a Metal Knob and then into your Frequency Generator/Instrument, causing Digital Readout PROBLEMS and possible internal DAMAGE!

14) Please do NOT operate your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) CONTINUOUSLY for MORE than 3 hours, because the Power Transistor and Ignition Coils in your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) could OVERHEAT EXCESSIVELY!
NOTE: If you allow your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) to COOL DOWN for 15 minutes, you may then use it again CONTINUOUSLY for another 3 hours.

15) Please do NOT operate below 20 Hz. or use the "PULSE" Function (if applicable) below 100 Hz. on your Frequency Generator/Instrument.

16a) Please follow Step 16b below, if you're SERIOUSLY-ILL, instead of this Step 16a. Otherwise, please do your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session once per day (morning or evening) for a TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time per Session of 10 mins.. Perform your EXPERIMENTAL Treatments for 6 consecutive days, and then NONE on the 7th day. REPEAT the SAME Cycle for 2 MORE weeks and then DISCONTINUE for 1 week. If the DESIRED Results have NOT been achieved, during the 1 week break, then REPEAT your EXPERIMENTAL Treatments, and CONTINUE them until the DESIRED Results are achieved.
NOTE: If you're ABLE, you should INCREASE your TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time on the 2nd Week to 20 mins. and on the 3rd week to 30 mins..

16b) Please do your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session, 2 times per day (morning and evening), if you're SERIOUSLY-ILL, starting out with 1-3 mins. per Frequency, and NOT EXCEEDING 10 minutes of TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time each Session. Do your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session EVERY 3 days (i.e. - Day Nos. 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19 & 22) and then DISCONTINUE for 7 days. If you have NOT achieved the DESIRED Results, during the 1 week BREAK, then REPEAT your EXPERIMENTAL Treatments, and CONTINUE them, until the DESIRED Results are ACHIEVED.
NOTE: If you're ABLE, you should INCREASE your TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time per day on the 2nd Week to 30 mins..

17) Your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Sessions should ONLY be STOPPED TEMPORARILY, if UNDUE DISCOMFORT is experienced, during the Detoxification Process. If DETOXIFICATION does become TOO UNCOMFORTABLE or ANY ADVERSE Reactions occur, then please DISCONTINUE &/or MODIFY your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Sessions, and if possible, please try to continue your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Sessions. Please drink 8 oz. of Activated Charcoal Slurry 6-8 times/day to ADSORB DEAD Pathogens, TOXIC Organic &/or Inorganic Chemicals, that being DETOXED from your Body. Please see Final Comments below) also.

18) Please see Setup Diagram and Setup Diagram 2, before proceeding with Operating Steps 1 - 12.
NOTE: Eventhough these Setup Diagrams pertain to the BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2), you can use them to basically set-up your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5).

1) Plug your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) into a HIGH-Quality Surge Suppressor Power Strip (i.e. - TrippLite - 800+ joules), thus ensuring it's PROTECTION.
NOTE: Your Frequency Generator/Instrument (and NO other Electrical/Electronic Device) should also be plugged into this HIGH Quality Surge Suppressor Power Strip. In fact, you should NOT plug ANY other Electrical/Electronic Device into the SAME A.C. Wall Outlet into which this Surge Suppressor Power Strip has been plugged.

2) Push FIRMLY each of the 2 - Rubber Boot/Ignition Coil Connectors, which are connected to ends of the 7mm Ignition Coil Wires (thick & black), that have their other ends connected to the ends of your Glass Plasma Tube, into the High Voltage Towers of each of the Ignition Coils, which are protruding through holes in the Rear Panel of your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet). And while you're pushing FIRMLY, twist each of the 2 - Brass Ignition Coil Connectors clockwise and counterclockwise, until you feel that each of them are SOLIDLY seated.
NOTE: If you don't SOLIDLY connect these 2 - Brass Ignition Coil Connectors to the 2 - Ignition Coils in your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet), ARCING will occur, which will RADIATE an Interference Signal, that will play HAVOC with and possibly DESTROY Digital Displays and Chips, which are within 3-5 feet of your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet)! Please keep ANY Devices with Digital Displays and/or Chips at least 6 ft. away from your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet).
Whenever you're operating your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5), please be SURE that your Glass Plasma Tube is connected to your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet), otherwise EXCESSIVE High Voltages will be generated, which will ARC to Ground, causing the Power Transistor and the 2 - SPECIAL Ignition Coils in your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) to eventually BURN-OUT!
Whenever you're operating your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5), please do NOT probe around the Ignition Coils or your Glass Plasma Tube with a Metal Object, such as a Screwdriver, because you will receive a SEVERE SHOCK and BURN!!
Even when you're NOT operating your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5), please KEEP your Glass Plasma Tube connected to your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet), unless you NEED to transport it elsewhere and then you can disconnect the Rubber Boot/Ignition Coil Connectors from the High Voltage Towers of the Ignition Coil Towers (see in Step 2 above).

3) Place the front length of your Glass Plasma Tube, so that it's PARALLEL with your Body and 1-3 ft. away from the Area of your Body to be treated. Please be seated, so that your Glass Plasma Tube, being pulsed at the SPECFIC Pulse Frequency or Frequencies, will radiate a Pulsed High Voltage Electrical Field towards and through your Body.
NOTE: Please see Setup Diagram 2. You don't have to be pointed EXACTLY towards this Area, because the Electric Field will radiate from your Glass Plasma Tube towards your Body. Children and Animals should be 3-6 ft. away from your Glass Plasma Tube.

4) Flip/Rock/Turn the POWER Switch on your Frequency Generator/Instrument to the "ON" Position.

5) Adjust the Amplitude/Intensity on your Frequency Generator/Instrument to the setting of '0', if it isn't ALREADY at that particular setting.

6) Connect the BNC Plug, which is connected to one end of the 6 ft. Cable #1, which has the 2 - flexible Banana Plugs (or BNC Plug) connected to the other end, to the BNC Jack, which is labeled "PULSE IN", and is mounted on the Front Panel (right side) of your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet).
NOTE: Match the 2 - Slots on the BNC Plug with the 2 - Pins on the BNC Jack and push the BNC Plug 'IN' and then turn the BNC Plug clockwise 1/4 turn.

7) Push the Black Banana Plug, which is connected to the other end of the 6 ft. Cable #1 into the Black Banana Jack, which is on the Front Panel of your Frequency Generator/Instrument. Then push the Red Banana Plug into the Red Banana Jack, which is also on the Front Panel of your Frequency Generator/Instrument.
Or if there is a BNC Plug connected to the other end of your particular 6 ft. Cable #1, then connect it to the BNC Jack on the Front Panel of your particular Frequency Generator/Instrument.
NOTE: DO NOT plug these Banana Plugs (Red & Black) into the Red & Black Banana Jacks on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet), because the 12 Volts will BURN-OUT the Power Transistor in your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet)!!

8) Push the 2 - stacking-type Gold Banana Plugs (Red & Black), which are connected to one end of the 6 ft. Cable #2, that has 2 - stacking-type Banana Plugs connected to the other end, into the corresponding color (Red & Black) Banana Jacks on the Front Panel (bottom left side) of your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet).

9) Rock the Power Switch (bottom left side) on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) to turn it's Power "ON". Turn the Coarse and/or Fine Voltage Control Knob until the Digital Display reads 12.0 (+/-.2) Volts. Touch and hold the 2 - stacking-type Gold Banana Plugs (Red & Black) together, which haven't yet been connected, and turn the Coarse and/or Fine Current Control Knob until the Digital Display reads 2.0 (+/-.1) Amps. in the S - C Mode [or 4.0 (+/-.1) Amps. in the A - C Mode] and then STOP touching these 2 - stacking-type Gold Banana Plugs (Red & Black) together.
NOTE: You could do this Step again, if you're using your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) REGULARLY, so that you're SURE, that it hasn't been CHANGED.

10) Push these other 2 - stacking-type Gold Banana Plugs (Red & Black), which are connected to one end of the 6 ft. Cable #2, that has 2 - stacking-type Banana Plugs connected to the other end, into the corresponding color (Red & Black) Banana Jacks, which are labeled "D.C. IN", and are mounted on the Front Panel (bottom left side) of your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet).
NOTE: DO NOT plug these 2 - stacking-type Gold Banana Plugs (Red & Black) into the Red & Black Banana Jacks on your Frequency Generator/Instrument, because the 12 Volts will BURN-OUT it's Output Transistors!!
Please observe that the 4" Cooling Fan on the top of your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) is running and that your Glass Plasma Tube is NOT yet glowing. If your Glass Plasma Tube is GLOWING and the Amplitude Control Knob is set at '0' on your Frequency Generator/Instrument, then you've got a SHORTED Power Transistor in your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) and it will NEED to be replaced! Please email and/or call Tom Harrelson (614/237-8708).

11) Flip the Toggle Switch on your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) to the "S - C" Position, if you're wanting to use the UNIQUE Series-Connected Dual-Ignition Coil Circuit to obtain VERY HIGH Electrostatic (electric) Fields, which can be used to RAISE the Voltage Level of the Cells and PROMOTE Detoxification in your Body. Or flip the Toggle Switch to the "A - C" Position, if you're wanting to use the Anti-Parallel Connected Dual-Ignition Coil Circuit to obtain HIGH Electro-Magnetic Fields, which can be used to HELP to cause the DESTRUCTION of Pathogens in your Body.
NOTE: DO NOT flip this Toggle Switch, whenever your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) is "ON", because the Power Transistor in your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet) could BURN-OUT! Rock the Power Switch on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) to the "OFF" Position FIRST, flip the Toggle Switch on your Power Supply #1 (blue/white metal cabinet), and then rock the Power Switch to the "ON" Position again.
When you're operating in the "S - C" Mode, the Plasma Glow, which can be seen inside of the Glass Plasma Tube, won't be nearly as BRIGHT as it is, when you're operating in the "A - C" Mode.

12) Program your particular Frequency Generator/Instrument to generate the desired SPECIFIC Frequencies, after reading your Operating Instructions and if applicable, START the Program on your Frequency Generator/Instrument.
You must also set your Frequency Generator/Instrument, if applicable, to operate at a 50% Duty Cycle to obtain the HIGHEST Electrostatic Field, if and when the Toggle Switch is in the "S - C" Mode. Or to operate at a 90+% Duty Cycle to obtain the HIGHEST Electromagnetic Field, if and when the Toggle Switch is in the "A - C" Mode.
NOTE: You may also want and/or NEED to use each of the following Frequencies for 3-5 mins.: 64 (oxygen/ozone), 66.5 Hz. (universal pathogen), 528 Hz. followed by 15 Hz. (DNA repair), 727.5 Hz. (universal Rife) and 5,000 Hz. + 10,000 Hz. (cell regeneration).

13) Turn the Amplitude/Intensity Knob on your Frequency Generator/Instrument SLOWLY clockwise from the Setting/Position of '0', while observing your Glass Plasma Tube, until you reach the Setting/Position, that the Plasma Glow doesn't get BRIGHTER and/or the Fan begins to SLOW DOWN.
NOTE: If you see Intermittent Bursts of BRIGHT White Light emitting through the middle of your Glass Plasma Tube, and/or hear Arcing occuring, when operating in the Frequency Range of 20 to 200 Hz., you NEED to turn the Knob counter-clockwise, until the Bursts of BRIGHT White Light can NOT be seen and/or the Arcing can NOT be heard. Please monitor to be SURE that this Action doesn't occur again, during the Treatment Session, but if it does, then turn the Knob counter-clockwise again.
Whenever you operate your Frequency Generator/Instrument at a DIFFERENT Frequency or Frequencies, you may NEED to CHANGE this Setting/Position, and particularly whenever you observe NO or VERY LOW Plasma Glow and especially whenever you're operating in the "S - C" Mode" below 100 Hz..
When you've COMPLETED your EXPERIMENTAL Pulsed High Voltage Electrical Field Treatment, then please follow Operating Steps 14 - 17 sequentially and then please see "My Final Comments".

14) Rock the Power Switch on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) again to turn the Power "OFF".

15) Turn the Amplitude/Intensity Knob on your Frequency Generator/Instrument counter-clockwise to a Setting of 0.

16) Flip/Rock/Turn the Power Switch on your Frequency Generator/Instrument to the "OFF" Position.

17) Rock the Power Switch on the Power Strip to turn the Power "OFF" COMPLETELY to your Frequency Generator/Instrument and to the Units, which are involved with your BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5).

1) Drink One 8 oz. glass of PURE Water with a SUPERIOR Probiotic Product daily to replenish your FRIENDLY Intestinal Bacteria.
NOTE: This Probiotic Product is AVAILABLE from Health Food Stores or an Online Websites.

2) Drink 6-8 Glasses of Activated Charcoal Slurry (1 tsp./8 oz. - pure water) daily to ADSORB the HIGHER-than-normal amounts of TOXINS, which are NOW in your Bloodstream.
