Serrapeptase silkworm enzyme is used in Germany (Anaflazyme) to remove arterial plaque and used in Japan (Danzen) as an anti-inflammatory. Serrapeptase expels mucous from the lungs, digests arterial plaque, SCAR tissue, and dead tissue. Dr. Hans Nieper's research on this enzyme, produced by silk worms, indicates that it will slowly over time break down atherosclerotic plaques.
