1) Please remove ALL metal ornaments/jewelry, plus glasses, watch, pager and cellphone (and any other devices generating electromagnetic radiations), before doing the following procedure.

2) Please wear clothes made from NATURAL fabrics (i.e. - cotton, linen, ramie, rayon, silk, ....).

3) Please sit in a chair preferably made of wood or plastic (NOT metal).
NOTE: Metal nails and screws are allowed.

4) Please be SURE that you've read and that you understand the Operating Instructions of your Frequency Generator/Instrument, before proceeding with Operating Steps 1 - 17.

5) Please preprogram your Frequency Generator/Instrument with the REQUIRED specific frequencies and time periods, if applicable, before proceeding with Operating Steps 1 - 17.

6) Please ELIMINATE Operating Steps 1 - 6 (see below), once they are initially COMPLETED, if you're going to use your ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ on a REGULAR basis.

7) Please pay SPECIAL attention to the RED NOTE in Step 14 (see below) and the NOTES, which are right after Operating Steps 1, 2, 7, 9, 11 & 13.

8) Please place your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet) within 1 ft. of the rear of your Glass Plasma Tube & Stand/Holder, but at LEAST 6 ft. away from your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) and at least 6-8 ft. away from your Frequency Generator/Instrument.

9) Please place your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) at LEAST 3 ft. away from your body, during your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session.
NOTE: Your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) emits a 60 Hz. Electromagnetic Field, which is a frequency, that can ADVERSELY affect your health, especially when you're SERIOUSLY ILL.

10) Please place your Frequency Generator/Instrument on either a plastic or a wooden table and your ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ on various shelves of a bookshelf, so that you can use your ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ for the top to the bottom of your body, if NEEDED.
NOTE: Whatever you use, there should be FEW, if ANY, metal parts involved.

11) Please clean your Glass Plasma Tube, if it has film/haze, with an ammonia-based glass cleaner, when it has COOLED DOWN and is NOT being used.

12) Please hold onto ANY jack &/or plug, rather than holding onto the cable, whenever you're connecting or disconnecting Cables, pertaining to ANY unit, that's involved with your ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ & your Frequency Generator/Instrument.

13) Please lift, rather than slide, your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet), when moving it to another location, thus ensuring that it's rubber feet do NOT get DISPLACED.

14) Please REPLACE a metal amplitude/intensity knob, if applicable, with a plastic knob (or wear a glove).
NOTE: The high-voltage Electric-Static field, that's being generated, can flow from your body into a metal knob and then into your Frequency Generator/Instrument, possibly causing digital readout PROBLEMS and possible internal DAMAGE!

15) Please do NOT operate your ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ CONTINUOUSLY for MORE than 3 hours, because the power transistor and ignition coils, that are contained in your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet), could OVERHEAT EXCESSIVELY!
NOTE: If you allow your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet) to COOL DOWN for 15 minutes, you can use it again CONTINUOUSLY for another 3 hours.

16) Please do NOT operate below 20 Hz. or, if applicable, use the "PULSE" function on your Frequency Generator/Instrument, when operating below 100 Hz..
NOTE: If you NEED to operate below 20 Hz., please multiply the SPECIFIC frequency by a WHOLE no. to obtain a harmonic frequency, which is equal to 20 Hz. or above (i.e. - 2 Hz. X 10 = 20 Hz.).

17a) Please follow Step 17b below, if you're SERIOUSLY-ILL, instead of this Step 17a. Otherwise, please do your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session once per day (morning or evening) for a TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time per Session of 10 mins.. Perform your EXPERIMENTAL Treatments for 6 consecutive days, and then NONE on the 7th day. REPEAT the SAME Cycle for 2 MORE weeks and then DISCONTINUE for 1 week. If the DESIRED Results have NOT been achieved, during the 1 week break, then REPEAT your EXPERIMENTAL Treatments, and CONTINUE them until the DESIRED Results are achieved.
NOTE: If you're ABLE, you should INCREASE your TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time on the 2nd Week to 20 mins. and on the 3rd week to 30 mins..

17b) Please do your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session, 2 times per day (morning and evening), if you're SERIOUSLY-ILL, starting out with 1-3 mins. per Frequency, and NOT EXCEEDING 10 minutes of TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time each Session. Do your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Session EVERY 3 days (i.e. - Day Nos. 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19 & 22) and then DISCONTINUE for 7 days. If you have NOT achieved the DESIRED Results, during the 1 week BREAK, then REPEAT your EXPERIMENTAL Treatments, and CONTINUE them, until the DESIRED Results are ACHIEVED.
NOTE: If you're ABLE, you should INCREASE your TOTAL EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Time per day on the 2nd Week to 30 mins..

18) Your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Sessions should ONLY be STOPPED TEMPORARILY, if UNDUE DISCOMFORT is experienced, during the Detoxification Process. If DETOXIFICATION does become TOO UNCOMFORTABLE or ANY ADVERSE Reactions occur, then please DISCONTINUE &/or MODIFY your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Sessions, and if possible, please try to continue your EXPERIMENTAL Treatment Sessions. Please drink 8 oz. of Activated Charcoal Slurry 6-8 times/day to ADSORB DEAD Pathogens, TOXIC Organic &/or Inorganic Chemicals, that are being DETOXED out of your body. Please see Final Comments below) also.

19) Please see Setup Diagram and Setup Diagram 2, before proceeding with the following Operating Steps.
NOTE: Eventhough these Setup Diagrams pertain to my OLDER Plasma Tube Units, they can basically be used to set-up your ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™.

1) Plug your Frequency Generator/Instrument and Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) into a HIGH-Quality surge suppressor power strip (i.e. - TrippLite - 800+ joules), thus ensuring it's PROTECTION.
NOTE: Please do NOT plug ANY other electrical/electronic device into this surge suppressor power strip or into the SAME A.C. Wall Outlet into which this surge suppressor power strip has been plugged.

2) Hold onto, with your forefinger and thumb, the right angle portion of each of the rubber boot/ignition coil connectors, that have their other ends connected to the ends of your Glass Plasma Tube, and push each of them FIRMLY into each of the high voltage towers of the 2 - Ignition Coils, which are protruding through holes in the rear panel of your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet).
NOTE: You may need to twist and turn the rubber boot/ignition coil connectors, when you're plugging them into the internal brass connectors of the ignition coil towers. Please do NOT REMOVE the rubber boot/ignition coil connectors for ANY Reason other than for the purpose of long-distance moving or long-term storage! Please check at least once per week to be SURE that the rubber boots are FIRMLY pushed into the ignition coil towers. Otherwise ARCING will occur, radiating an INTERFERENCE signal, which could possibly DESTROY ANY digital displays and/or chips, which are within 3-5 feet of your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet)! Plus these EXCESSIVE High Voltages can ARC to Ground, causing the Power Transistor and the 2 - SPECIAL ignition coils in your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet) to eventually BURN-OUT! Please keep ANY electronic devices, containing digital displays and/or chips, at least 6 ft. AWAY from your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet).
Whenever you're operating yourELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™, please do NOT probe around the ignition coils or your Glass Plasma Tube with a metal object, such as a screwdriver, because you will receive a SEVERE SHOCK and/or a BURN!!

3) Place the front of your Glass Plasma Tube, so that it's basically PARALLEL with your body and 1-3 ft. away from the area of your body, that you need to treat. Please be seated, so that your Glass Plasma Tube, being pulsed at a SPECFIC pulse frequency/frequencies, will be radiating a PULSED high-voltage Electro-Static field towards and through your body.
NOTE: Please see Setup Diagram 2. You don't have to be pointed EXACTLY towards this area, because the Electro-Static field radiates from the Glass Plasma Tube towards your body. Place children and animals 3-6 ft. away from your Glass Plasma Tube.

4) Connect the BNC plug, which is connected to one end of the 8-10 ft. cable #1, which has a BNC plug (or 2 - banana plugs) connected to the other end, into the BNC jack, which is labeled "PULSE IN", and is mounted on the front panel (right side) of your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet).
NOTE: Match the 2 - slots on the BNC plug with the 2 - pins on the BNC jack and push the BNC plug 'IN' and then turn the BNC plug clockwise 1/4 turn, until it LOCKS into position.

5) Push the BNC plug, which is connected to the other end of the 8-10 ft. cable #1 into the BNC Jack, which is on the front panel of your Frequency Generator/Instrument.
Or, if applicable, connect the black and red banana plugs on the other end of your 8-10 ft. Cable #1 into the corresponding color banana jack on the front panel of your particular Frequency Generator/Instrument.
NOTE: DO NOT plug these banana plugs, if applicable, into the red & black banana jacks on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet), because the 12 Volts will BURN-OUT the power transistor in your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet)!!

6) Push the 2 - stacking-type gold banana plugs (Red & Black), which are connected to one end of the 6 ft. Cable #2, that has 2 - stacking-type gold banana plugs connected to the other end, into the corresponding color (Red & Black) Banana Jacks on the Front Panel (bottom left side) of your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet).

7) Flip the toggle switch on the right front of your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet) to the "E-S" Position, if you're wanting to use the UNIQUE series-connected dual-ignition coil circuit to obtain VERY HIGH Electrostatic (electric) fields, which can be used to RAISE the voltage level of the cells and PROMOTE Detoxification in your body. Or flip the toggle switch to the "E-M" Position, if you're wanting to use the anti-parallel connected dual-ignition coil circuit to obtain HIGH Electro-Magnetic fields, which can be used to HELP to cause the DESTRUCTION of pathogens in your body.
NOTE:Be SURE that the power switch on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) is in the "OFF" Position FIRST, before flipping the toggle switch on your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet) to either the "E-S" or the "E-M" position. Otherwise you could possibly BURN-OUT the power transistor, that's inside your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet).

8) Rock the power switch (bottom left side) on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) to turn it's power "ON". Turn the coarse and/or fine voltage control knob until the digital display reads 12.0 (+/-.2) Volts in the E-S Mode or in the E-M Mode. Touch and hold the 2 - stacking-type Gold Banana Plugs (Red & Black) together, which haven't yet been connected, and turn the coarse and/or fine current control knob until the digital display reads 1.5 (+/-.1) Amps. in the E-S Mode [or 3.0 (+/-.1) Amps. in the E-M Mode] and then RELEASE these 2 - stacking-type gold banana plugs (red & black).
NOTE: You should REPEAT the above Step, if you're using your ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ REGULARLY, so that you can be SURE, that the setting hasn't CHANGED.

9) Push the other 2 - stacking-type gold banana plugs (Red & Black), which are connected to one end of the 6 ft. Cable #2 into the corresponding color (red & black) banana jacks, which are labeled "D. C. IN", and which are mounted on the front panel (bottom left side) of your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet).
NOTE: DO NOT plug these 2 - stacking-type gold banana plugs (Red & Black) into the red & black banana jacks on your Frequency Generator/Instrument, if applicable, because the 12 Volts, being generated, will BURN-OUT it's output power transistors!!
Please observe that the 4" cooling fan on the top of your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet) is now running and that your Glass Plasma Tube is NOT yet glowing. If your Glass Plasma Tube is GLOWING and the amplitude control knob is set at '0' (see step 10 below) on your Frequency Generator/Instrument, then your Power Supply #1 (bone/black plastic cabinet) has a SHORTED power transistor and it will NEED to be REPLACED! Please email and/or call Tom Harrelson (614/237-2590).

10) Adjust the amplitude/intensity control knob on your Frequency Generator/Instrument to the setting of '0', if it isn't ALREADY in that particular setting.

11) Push, flip, rock, or turn clockwise the power switch on your Frequency Generator/Instrument to turn it's power "ON".

12) Program your particular Frequency Generator/Instrument to generate the desired SPECIFIC frequencies, after reading it's Operating Instructions and if applicable, START the Program on your Frequency Generator/Instrument.
NOTE: When you're operating your Frequency Generator/Instrument below 500 Hz. in the Electro-Static Mode ("E-S" position), you need to set the Duty Cycle to 50% to obtain the HIGHEST Electro-Static field, or to 80+%, when you're operating your Frequency Generator/Instrument above 500 Hz. or in the Electro-Magnetic mode ("E-M" position) above 50 Hz..
The SPECIFIC pathogen frequency is NOT as CRITICAL, when you're operating in the "E-S" Mode, as it would be, if you're operating in the "E-M" Mode. And so you can use 5,000 Hz. and 10,000 Hz. for cell regeneration on a REGULAR basis, unless dealing with a viral DIS-EASE and then you can use the SPECIFIC viral frequency/frequencies, while you're operating in the "E-S" Mode.
You may also want and/or NEED to use the following SPECIFIC frequencies for 3-5 mins.: 64 Hz. (oxygen/ozone), 66.5 Hz. (universal pathogen), 528 Hz. followed by 15 Hz. (DNA repair) and 727.5 Hz. (universal Rife), while you're operating in the "E-M" Mode.

13) Turn the amplitude/intensity control knob on your Frequency Generator/Instrument SLOWLY clockwise from the setting/position of '0', observing your Glass Plasma Tube. When the Plasma Tube doesn't glow any BRIGHTER, then STOP turning, and if the Fan begins to SLOW DOWN, please turn it counter-clockwise slightly.
NOTE: If you observe INTERMITTENT bursts of light emitting through the middle of your Glass Plasma Tube, hear arcing and/or see the current output display on Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet), which may now be reading the current limit (1.5 A. - E-S mode or 3.0 A. - E-M mode), you'll need to turn the knob counter-clockwise slightly, until the INTERMITTENT bursts of light can NOT be seen and/or the arcing can NOT be heard. Please monitor to be SURE that this action doesn't occur again, during the Treatment Session, but if it does, then you NEED to turn the knob counter-clockwise slightly again.
Whenever you're operating in the "E-S" Mode, the glow, which can be seen inside of the Glass Plasma Tube, will be VERY DIM, as compared to whenever you're operating in the "E-M" Mode.
Whenever you're operating your Frequency Generator/Instrument at a DIFFERENT frequency/frequencies, you probably NEED to CHANGE this setting/position, and particularly whenever you observe NO or a VERY DIM Plasma Glow, and especially whenever you're operating in the "E-S" Mode" below 200 Hz..
When you've COMPLETED your EXPERIMENTAL pulsed high-voltage Electro-Static field treatment, then please follow Operating Steps 14 - 17 sequentially and then please see "My Final Comments".

14) Rock the power switch on your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet) again to turn it's power "OFF".

15) Turn the amplitude/intensity control knob on your Frequency Generator/Instrument counter-clockwise to a setting/position of '0'.

16) Push, flip, rock, or turn counter-clockwise the power switch on your Frequency Generator/Instrument to turn it's power "OFF".

17) Rock the power switch on the power strip to turn the power "OFF" to your Frequency Generator/Instrument and to your Power Supply #2 (cream-colored metal cabinet).

1) Drink One 8 oz. glass of PURE water with a SUPERIOR probiotic product (i.e. - PRIMAL DEFENSE) daily to replenish your FRIENDLY intestinal bacteria.
NOTE: This particular probiotic product is AVAILABLE from Health Food Stores or online websites.

2) Drink 6-8 Glasses of Activated Charcoal Slurry (1 tsp./8 oz. - pure water) daily to ADSORB the HIGHER-than-normal amounts of TOXINS, which will NOW be in your bloodstream.
NOTE: Activated Charcoal Powder is AVAILABLE from Tom Harrelson/TOTAL HEALTH Associates/774-D S. Chesterfield Rd./Columbus, OH 43209-2683/614-237-2590.

3) Take a SUPERIOR laxative & colon cleanser (i.e. - Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formulas #1 & #2) daily also (use as directed) to move your bowels and ADSORB the TOXINS from your intestines.
