I. Finding The Optimum Frequency(s)
In general, the optimum frequency(s) are listed alphabetically in the Frequency Chart below for your experimentation with a SPECIFIC Health Condition.

Don't be afraid to experiment. Maybe the condition isn't what you believe it to be, and a different series of frequencies would be of benefit. The 5 most IMPORTANT Rife frequencies are 465, 727.5 (main), 787, 802 and 880.

It is possible to have an invasion of parasite and/or amoebas, which cause side effects, that could be misinterpreted as another condition. Which brings us to the 2nd most IMPORTANT group of frequencies: 20, 72, 95, 125, 444 and 1865. These are primarily for amoebas and parasites.

Researchers have recently found the following 3 frequencies to be EXCELLENT for OVERALL Healing: 47, 66.5 and 528.

II. How Long Should A Frequency Be Used?
Generally, a frequency is administered 3 minutes. However, 30 seconds could be too long—especially in the case of entrenched conditions. Gradually increase the duration until you reach 3 - 5 minutes, being guided by how rapidly you're detoxing.

III. How Often Should A Session Be Done?
Only you will know how often to do a session. You may be able to do up to three sessions a day if you're willing to practice aggressive detox methods. The other extreme, where toxic elimination is overwhelming, one session every third day may be best. In the case of acute and chronic conditions, this scenario could follow: 2 -5 hours after the session is completed the subject will feel tired, a general malaise, and sluggishness. The second day the subject feels somewhat better. The third day he is feeling much better. The fourth day he is feeling great and is ready to repeat the cycle.

NOTE: This is where some people become confused. By doing a session on the first and the fourth day there are 2 days between where NO session is done. Therefore, off 2 and on 1 is a session once every three-day period.

Not everyone feels toxic effects from using frequencies, even with serious health problems. As a rule of thumb, if a session makes you feel worse, then wait until you feel better before taking the next session. This may mean waiting more than 3 days.

Using the correct frequency may cause an aggravation of symptoms, or may bring about improvement.

Even people who consider themselves to be very healthy will note some toxicity the first time they experiment with frequencies. An acupuncturist brought in her frequency unit for experimentation to a group of colleagues and the next day most of them reported varying degrees of toxicity. It is conjectured that the frequencies (especially units with high harmonics) excite the body at the cellular level, producing higher cellular metabolism thus allowing the cells to disgorge their toxic burden. If the toxins are released as fast as they are generated there should be immediate improvement. However, when toxins accumulate, the experimenter may feel sicker. Many of the symptoms we experience from dis-ease are from the toxins that are produced as the body's defense system kills off microbes. When frequencies are used, millions of microbes can be disintegrated within seconds. This can produce toxins faster than the body can release them. Temporarily, until the toxins are discharged, symptoms of fatigue, swelling, headache, malaise, aching, sluggishness and aggravation of previous symptoms may occur. Be sure to read and understand the section on detoxification.

IV. How Long To Continue Sessions?
Continue sessions well after all symptoms are gone. Slowly cut back in session frequency. This is the same protocol as in taking antibiotics. They are used days after all symptoms have disappeared and usually at a decreasing rate.

In cases of terminal illness, you or yours should use the frequencies indefinitely, even after ALL symptoms have disappeared.

Germs are pleomorphic. They have different developmental stages just as a butterfly does. This is the reason for continuing the sessions even after the symptoms have ceased. Through experimentation, you may have used a frequency that kills a certain microbe by subjecting it to its Mortal Oscillatory Rate (MOR). But remember, the MOR applies only to a particular stage in the life cycle of the microbe. Other, pleomorphic forms will NOT experience the MOR until they also reach that particular stage.

V. Detoxification
This is the most important section of this manual. How you manage the detoxification, that comes from experimentation could greatly determine the success of your sessions. If you're NOT willing to detox, you should NOT even begin experimenting with frequencies. This is especially so, if you or yours has been abusing his/her health with the standard high-fat, white flour, refined sugar, animal flesh, chemical-laden diet that the food giants of the Western world pretend is "normal." A junk-food junkie's body is already loaded with toxins and the microbial toxins from the die-off can overburden the system unless the subject follows the recommendations in this section.

Many successful clinics around the world begin treatment with a thorough cleanse (detox). Next, the immune system is strengthened with nutritional supplements and super foods. (There are many good books on this subject, and the operators of health food stores can be helpful—though they may be guarded in sharing their knowledge due to FDA constrictions.) Only after the subject is cleansed and strengthened will the clinics begin treatment for serious or terminal conditions.

One important class of supplements is Electrolytes. Your body is activated and regulated by tiny electrical impulses. The mineral content of the blood and other body fluids is the determining factor of the quality of these tiny electrical signals. In a perfect world, ALL of the necessary minerals would be provided by the wholesome food that we eat. This is NOT a perfect world, and our food is sadly lacking in the minerals, that belong there. Be SURE your mineral supplement is "colloidal" or, even better, "ionic"—this means your cells can make use of the minerals. See Section XVI for more information about supplements.

Be wise and play it safe: treat your body to a toxic cleanse and nutritional supplements before your first session with frequency experimentation.

The number one detox method is copious quantities of pure water. To be sure you drink enough (it's easy to lose count on those 10 big glasses daily) begin each day with your personal water rations set aside. It should be half gone by mid-day, and all gone by bedtime. The minimum ration is 1 fluid oz. for each 2 lb. of body weight. For example, a 128-lb. person would drink 64 oz. (two quarts). Drink a gallon a day, if you can.

Remember: coffee, tea, sodas, etc. do not count as water. Packaged juices should be avoided, and fresh-squeezed juices are really a food that requires the effort of digestion. Quality juices have their place, are important, and are recommended. Most health food stores carry blood cleansers and detox teas. Try them. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is one of the best detoxifiers known. It is a fact that by taking Bioflavonoids with Vitamin C the absorption in the tissues is enhanced. Studies have been conducted that prove many benefits from taking this vitamin. In one study, 100 terminal cancer patients were put on 10 grams of Vitamin C per day. Another group of 1,000 took no Vitamin C. All 1,000 died while 5 of those taking Vitamin C survived. The studies showing the most dramatic results were where the subjects were taking gram—not milligram—amounts.

Include fresh, whole, natural food in your daily diet. Most or all your food should be the kind that is eaten raw. Nourishing, comforting foods that are usually cooked (pasta, beans, rice, oats, etc.) should be sprinkled with vegetable enzymes just before eating. Cooking kills all enzymes, and they are vitally important.
Another avenue of elimination for your toxins is your skin. Perspiring from exercise, saunas, hot tubs, etc. can be very beneficial. The only down side is the chlorine that is usually dumped liberally into hot tubs. Soaking in chlorine can actually make things worse. If you own the tub, get an ozone purifier for it. If you go to a club or spa, talk to the management about ozone purification. After all, their ostensible purpose for existence is the health of the members!

Activated Charcoal has a tremendous capacity for detoxifying. It is recommended to have some activated charcoal around for emergencies in case a person miscalculated the optimum frequency time and got into heavy toxicity. It is said that activated charcoal shouldn't be used more than 14 days in a row because it could leach important minerals and nutrients out of the body.

Here is an educational challenge: learn enough about the following detox methods that you could describe the benefits of each one briefly to a friend. Then do it. Teaching a subject is by far the best way to learn it.
Aerobics, Ascorbate, Bentonite Clay, Chelation Therapy, Colonics, Garlic, Herbal Cleansing Programs (i.e. Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formulas No. 1 & 2), Herbal Cleansing Teas, Juicing (or Juice Plus+), Lymphatic Massage (dry brushing, rebounding), Psyllium Seeds, Husks, NON-Chlorine Stabilized Oxygen (available in liquid, powder, capsules).

For results with frequency research, the lymph must move properly. See "lymph" in the frequency chart. Mini trampolines, of course, are touted as being an excellent method of moving the lymph; and don't forget lymph messages. See a health care person of your choice in this matter.

Get accurate information from books on a recommended reading list, from properly trained health care specialists, and from personal recommendations by people you know.

Refer to the frequency guide that begins on page 9 for eliminating toxins.

VI. Parasites
Only a few people in advanced, industrialized countries are harboring unwanted guests, right? Wrong! The percentage of people with parasites and amebic infestations are far higher than the average person's estimate. Parasites are easy to pick up; and, left to themselves, they don't go away. They have to be forcibly evicted.
If you have a dog or a cat, you may spot worms in its stools or around its anus. Obviously, a sure sign of parasites. But animals (and humans!) don't always exhibit such obvious signs. You might simply feel "low energy"—your vitality drained by the infestation. You may get an allergic reaction to the toxic excreta. You may think you "picked up a bug" and have the flu.

Regularly dosing oneself with pharmaceutical parasite remedies is not advisable: the drugs have side effects and are hard on the system. Experimenting with the parasite frequencies has much to recommend it: the prospect of assuring you are parasite-free, without the damage. One session a month should be about right. Unless you have a known infestation, in which case daily sessions would be good. If the infestation is serious, use brief applications (one minute or less) to avoid a large discharge of parasites at one time. This applies especially to animals.

VII. CARDIOVASCULAR WARNING!!
It isn't recommended that researchers use frequencies on subjects with heart problems. A person with a pacemaker absolutely should not use frequencies, just as you wouldn't use any other electrical device (such as a microwave oven).

It is entirely possible that by coincidence a person with a heart condition could be using frequencies at the moment of an unrelated heart incident. We don't want to be held responsible for an incident of this nature. At this time there have been no reports from any researchers of any negative incidents. Let's keep it that way.

It is possible to acquire a short-term arrhythmia (irregular heart beat) from a large dump of toxins after a large microbial die-off. This is an added load on the heart we wouldn't recommend for a person with a pre-existing heart problem.

Researchers have reported good results using frequencies for only a few seconds and gradually working up in session time. This minimizes the amount of toxins released from virus kill.

Other researchers, when using the hand electrodes, prevent the third and fifth fingers from contacting the cylinder. These fingers contain the meridians that lead directly to the heart and vascular system.

Many other researchers use only the foot plates but not the hand cylinders on subjects with heart conditions. Even so, we don't recommend a person with cardiovascular conditions using frequencies.

IX. Experimentation With Cancer
When you are in the jurisdiction of the United States of America, according to F.D.A. Regulations, you may only experiment on yourself, your pets, other people's pets (but only if you are a veterinarian), and laboratory animals.

We do know this about cancer: you don't "catch" it from a carcinogen. While it is a good practice to limit your exposure to known carcinogens, it is practically impossible to avoid them altogether. Your chances of developing a cancer depends on many factors: genetic, diet, exercise, mental habits, emotional makeup, history of sunburn, excessive exposure to carcinogens—in short, your lifestyle.

Whether a cancer is removed by surgery, by frequencies, or by magic; if the lifestyle that produced the cancer is not changed, guess what will be coming back to haunt?

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Pay a little more for organic, to avoid chemicals. Better yet, grow your own. Eat less meat and dairy, or none at all—you don't really need them! Eliminate animal fat, hydrolyzed oils, saturated fats. Even vegetable fats should be monitored and kept to a minimum. And never drink municipal tap water!

Here are two experimental frequencies that are not fully proven: 2167HZ and 2282HZ. They are reported to have originated with Ed Skilling. Two frequencies that have been used extensively by a doctor in Canada are 2015HZ and 2050HZ.

New research is coming out on cancer. Often cancer mutates, to compensate for this we have varied the frequency 5HZ and 10HZ above, and 5HZ and 10HZ below the frequencies in the 2000 range only. For example, the standard 2128 you would use 2133 and 2138 above, and 2123 and 2118 below.

New research is also showing that the cancer frequencies usually run between 2000HZ and 2200HZ. If a person wanted to conduct their own experimentation, they could do all the frequencies between 2000HZ and 2200HZ in 8HZ increments. Then divide all these frequencies into 3 groups and do one group per day, with a day rest in between. Then if there is noted die off in one of the 3 groups, concentrate on that group. You could also after discovering your group, break down the frequencies even closer.

X. Safety Of Proven Frequencies
Many of the frequencies in this manual have been used since the '50s and have a long track record of safety. Elderly people who use the frequencies claim to "feel better" and report the quality of their lives is better.

Royal Raymond Rife spent many years using frequencies and lived to be 83. For many years of his later life he battled alcoholism. It is reported that he died from an overdose of Valium. He was a man of sensitive spirit, and had to watch his hopes and dreams crushed by Morris Fishbein, the AMA, and other forces in the medical establishment. He drank to escape the painful reality of a corrupt system.

The proven frequencies are safe—but are your own toxins? Safely eliminating toxins is of greater importance than getting the "right" frequencies. Anyone who doesn't follow the detox measures outlined in this manual may be very disappointed in their test results.

XI. A Successful Experimenter's Word Of Advice
A health care professional explains her high rate of success: "On severe cases use 787 for streptothrix, 880 for streptococcus, and go through all the parasite frequencies (125, 95, 72, 20, 444 + 1865). Only after these are completed should one continue the session with the frequencies taken from the tables." This experimenter reminds us that many people with severe illness have an invasion of parasites which must be dealt with before further healing can take place. The diet must be void of sugar, white flour, oil, red meat, and dairy products. This leaves you with a body regeneration diet.

Please don't treat this section lightly. Other experimenters are validating this procedure.

XII. Using The Frequency Tables
The numbers printed in boldface type are your primary frequencies for experimenting with the specific condition listed.

Numbers listed with a plus sign between them (for example, 444 + 1865) must be done together during the same session.

This frequency table uses "K" as shorthand for "thousand." Example: 10K = 10,000 Hz..

WARNING: 1840 Hz and 1910 Hz are known to have serious long term deleterious effects including the stimulation of malignant growths.

"Always run the kidney frequencies with the eye frequencies," suggests one experimenter. It is generally accepted in Eastern medicine that the eyes and kidneys are linked.

In the past, 2127 was used for Epstein Barr, along with the frequencies listed in the table.
A European researcher claims that 15.99 produces ozone in the body. You may want to experiment with this, remembering that it is an unproven frequency.

Bob Beck's latest frequency for his AIDS research is 4.14 Hz. Place electrodes right on the pulse near the base of the thumb. Don't take in coffee, alcohol, herbs or non-water-soluble vitamins or medication whose effects you don't want to be amplified. It is reported that one woman drank a cup of coffee and was wired for two days and couldn't sleep. A man had a martini on his way home; then while driving home, he strapped on his electrodes and soon became so intoxicated he had to pull over and sleep it off.

Many experimenters report that a detoxification process is triggered by the frequencies they chose to use. As a rule, the more serious the condition, the greater the toxic cleanse. Note that frequencies for toxin elimination are listed under autointoxification, hangover, toxins (to eliminate), and chemical overload. If you experiment with these, please report your results. Always end a session with 465.

Please keep in mind that we're all in this together. Beginning with your first session, and every session thereafter, you benefit from the knowledge gained by those who went before. An ever-persevering doctor reports his latest research on CFIDS (Chronic Fatigue, Candidiasis, Epstein-Barr, etc.) Using a dark field microscope, he can demonstrate that frequencies between about 1,850 and 2,400 Hz greatly stimulate white blood cell activity. This is apparently why some of you are reporting great results experimenting with the herpes frequencies on Epstein-Barr and Chronic Fatigue. Some of the herpes frequencies are in this range.

Two noted researchers have come up with 2008 as producing very good results against the flu in their particular locales. One doctor reports using 2008 at his clinic for a minimum of 20 minutes to really subdue the virus instead of just teasing it.

A doctor with a Rife ray beam tube just reported that the frequencies in the back of Hulda Clark's book, The Cure for All Diseases when divided by 440 are just about ideal for audio range frequency devices, and they are reporting significant results using these frequencies. If you can't locate the book, call 800-355-5313. If the regular frequency chart doesn't work, you may want to experiment with the chart in Hulda Clark's book. Bear in mind this area is still highly experimental. One doctor postulates that some of the major diseases may have mutated since Rife's day.

"New" Finding on Allergy Research

To desensitize yourself, simply hold the "problem" substance in your left hand and moisten it if it is a dry substance. Hold the cylinders in your hands as usual for 8 or 10 minutes while running the frequencies for allergies.

XVIII. Beyond Frequencies
Knowledge is progressive, and many of you are wanting to explore other areas of health besides just frequencies. Building your immune system is certainly one of them.

Here are a few areas that may help you in your quest.

Section VII of this manual (page 4) deals with detoxification and the importance of drinking lots of pure water and taking a mineral supplement that is ionic. Mineral tablets (often combined with vitamins) are advertised on TV and sold in supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, etc. They are for the most part useless, because they are not in a form the body can use. They are not bioavailable.
Our best mineral source should be from eating a variety of plants, mainly vegetables, that are grown in good soil. We can no longer count on that source, even from "organic" produce. The "organic" label assures the absence of nasty chemicals; but does not guarantee the presence of ionic minerals.

Plant-sourced nutrients from edible plants (fruits, vegetables, algae) selected for their extremely high nutrient density. Results are usually not as immediate as with the minerals. It is suggested to use a treatment sequence such as 482, 485, 490, 495, 500, 505, 510, 515, 520, 525, 530 and 780, 785, 790, 795, 800, 805, 810. Then maybe changing to 480, 484, 489, 494, 499, 504, 509, etc., etc. The idea is to very the frequency now and then to accommodate any mutations but still stay in the 480(530 and 780(810 range.
Additionally, it is said 432 Hertz is very good; 306, 312, 345 are good.

It is suggested that a treatment be done three minutes per frequency, 2-3 times per week. Treatment needs to go on through "several seasons" (i.e., winter, spring, summer, fall, winter, etc.), because the Lyme spirochete both mutates frequently and can go dormant for period of months.
Also, use the syphylis spirochete frequencies of 600, 625 and 650. It is suggested to lessen the "die off" response by ending with the allergy frequencies, especially 3 Hz., 300 Hz. and 10KHz.. Also, try using the frequencies listed under toxins (to eliminate).
