ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ - ACTIONS Tom Harrelson Revised 12/12/12 FIRST, let's talk about the action of standard Body-Type Electrodes (i.e. - skin, hand-held &/or foot plate), being used with your own Frequency Instrument. Your own Frequency Instrument generates the SPECIFIC Research Frequency and then conducts the Energy of this particular Frequency by an Electrical Current to each Electrode through the Skin, into the Tissues and then to DEADLY Pathogens and UNHEALTHY Cells. The Tissues of the Body contain Fluids, that are MOSTLY Water, which conduct the Body's own Electrical Current and also can conduct an Electrical Current from an external source, such as your own Frequency Instrument. The Tissues conduct varying amounts of Electrical Current, because they offer varying amounts of Electrical RESISTANCE. And when the Tissues are UNHEALTHY, these Fluids usually contain LOW amounts of Electrolyte (electrically-conductive) Minerals (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and chloride salts), which means LOWER Conductivity to Electrical Current, which, in turn, means LOWER Energy of the SPECIFIC Frequency going into the DEADLY Pathogens and UNHEALTHY Cells. Now, let's talk about the action of the ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™, being used with your own Frequency Instrument. Your own Frequency Instrument generates a SPECIFIC Research Frequency (or Frequencies) and then conducts the Energy of this particular Frequency (or Frequencies) by an Electrical Current into the input of a SPECIAL High Voltage Power Supply, which is connected to and powered by a Power Supply (12 Volts), which then conducts the resulting High Voltage to the Electrodes inside of the Glass Plasma Tube, being partially filled with a Proprietary Blend of Gasses and a SMALL Amount of Mercury. The Electrical Energy from this Pulsed High-Voltage ignites the Mercury into a Conductive vapor and then these Gasses, which then become a Plasma, and now radiate a Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Energy Field DIRECTLY into the Body, which next passes through the Tissues to the UNHEALTHY Cells and which lastly passes OUT of the opposite side of the Body. TWO ADDITIONAL ACTIONS The Electrical Potential of a NORMAL Cell is 90 millivolts, an AGED Cell is about 50 millivolts and a CANCER or SICK Cell is about 15 millivolts. The Electrical Voltage of the Cell is LOW, whenever the Cell has Electrical PROBLEMS. A High-Voltage Electro-Static (electric) Field can bring those Cells, which have an Electrical PROBLEM, up to the SAME Voltage level (90 mv.) as the NORMAL Cells have, thus allowing healing to occur at a FASTER pace, and WITHOUT STRESSING the Cell.
