ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ -
RESEARCH

The following Report contains Information about my Research and Development, testing various Plasma Tubes, various NPN Power Transistors and various Ignition Coils in various Circuits (parallel, anti-parallel & my own UNIQUE series-aiding). The Electro-Static Field (E-Field) Output, that was obtained during the testing of the earlier and FINAL Designs of my ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ (formerly known as BIOENERAY XL2™ & XL2™ Plasma Tube Units), have also been included.

TEST EQUIPMENT:

In the following Tests, I used my BioTec2000 (now BCX-211) Frequency Instrument to generate the required Square Waves, my TriField Meter 100XE to measure the Electric Field (E-Field) Output (Kilovolts per Meter - KV/M) and my Radio Shack TRUE RMS Digital Multimeter to measure the Current (amps/milliamps), that the High-Voltage Power Supply was drawing from the 12 Volt Power Supply.

HIGH VOLTAGE POWER SUPPLY:

I used Jimmie Holman's Poor Man's Rife Plasma Tube Driver Circuit in my High Voltage Power Supply for my 1st Generation Plasma Tube Unit - the BIOENERAY TUBE™, which I built about 4 years ago and in my High Voltage Power Supply for my 2nd Generation Plasma Tube Unit - the BIOENERAY TUBE XL™, which I built about 3 years ago. I installed a Standard Automotive Ignition Coil in my High Voltage Power Supply and tested the Electro-Magnetic Field Output, being generated. Then I installed an MSD DIS High Performance Automotive Ignition Coil, which has an ISOLATED Primary and Secondary, INCREASED Turns-Ratio and a LOWER Primary D.C. Resistance as compared to a Standard Automotive Ignition Coil. When I tested the Output of the Electro-Magnetic Field, being generated, it was 1 1/2 times HIGHER, than the Electro-Magnetic Field, that was generated, when I had tested the Output of the Electro-Magnetic Field, that had been generated by a Standard Automotive Ignition Coil!

Over 2 years ago, I was testing various pairs of Ignition Coils, that I had connected together and was INSPIRED to connect a pair of 6 Volt Motorcycle Ignition Coils in my own UNIQUE Series-Aiding Circuit inside of the High Voltage Power Supply for my BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 1).

TESTS:

The HIGHEST Electro-Static Field (E-Field) Output, that I had obtained from a single Automotive Ignition Coil in previous Tests, was a VERY LOW reading of 10 KV/M at 10,000 Hz. at 1 ft. away from the Bubble of the Plasma Tube!

1) I used a single 12 Volt Motorcycle Ignition Coil (3.0 ohms - pri. res.) and obtained an E-Field Output of about 50 KV/M at 10,000 Hz. at 1 ft. away from the Plasma Tube Bubble.
NOTE: When I talked with Dr. Bill Biagioli a few months ago, he had told me that a Motorcycle Ignition Coil should have a HIGHER Output at HIGHER Frequencies, than an Automotive Ignition Coil would have, because a Motorcycle Engine revs at HIGHER R.P.M.'s, than a standard Automobile Engine revs.

2) Next, I tested various brands of standard, dual and HIGH Performance 12 Volt Motorcycle Ignition Coils, and obtained only a slightly HIGHER E-Field Output.

3) Finally, I wired 2 - 6 Volt Motorcycle Ignition Coils (1.5 ohms each) in my own UNIQUE Series-Aiding Circuit (NOT parallel or anti-parallel & total primary resistance - 3 ohms), and obtained an E-Field Output of 100 KV/M at 10,000 Hz. at 4 ft. away from the Plasma Tube Bubble!!
NOTE: When I was testing this UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit, I used an MJ802 Darlington-Pair Power Transistor and then I used an MJ11016 Darlington-Pair Power Transistor. After less than 5 minutes of operation, I heard the LOUD SNAP of a High-Voltage Arc and each of these Transistors SHORTED-OUT between the Collector and Emitter! I installed 4 of each of these 2 different Power Transistors, ONLY after I had thoroughly checked my Wires and Connections before each installation, but EVERY Time each of them SHORTED-OUT again!! I then decided to just try a 2N6059 Darlington-Pair Power Transistor, and eventhough the E-Field Output was SLIGHTLY LOWER, there was NO High-Voltage Arc, after 1/2 hour of Operation at 100 Hz. and the 2N6059 also did NOT HEAT-UP, even after I had turned the Amplitude Control on my Frequency Generator COMPLETELY Clockwise to it's MAXIMUM Setting!!
I also observed, using my Digital Multimeter, that this UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit, which also included 1 - 2N6059 Darlington-Pair Power Transistor, 1 - 470 ohm (1/2 watt) Resistor and 1 - 2" Muffin Fan, was drawing LESS than 0.8 Amps from my 12 Volt Power Supply!

Eventhough I was drawing LESS than 0.8 Amps, during testing of this UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit, I had STRANGE feelings for the FIRST Time in 2 DIFFERENT and UNUSUAL ways, while operating at 100 Hz. (cycles per sec.), and generating an E-Field.

1) I immediately had PAIN in my Left Testicle, and I hadn't had that happen to me before, when I had tested the Electro-Magnetic Field Output at 100 Hz., after MANY Hours of Testing!!
NOTE: When I later looked up Prostate Gland in the Frequency Manual, I found Prostatitis (benign prostate tumor), and 100 Hz. was listed as one of the SPECIFIC Frequencies, that can be used! Hmm.

2) I also felt a SMALL, but INTENSE, amount of High-Voltage Sparks arcing on the tips of my Fingers, when I placed them on top of the Bubble of each of the 4 - Glass Plasma Tubes (different gas & gas blends), that I had been testing! The arcing hadn't occured before, during my MANY hours of testing, while operating with either the Parallel or Anti-Parallel Dual Ignition Coil Circuit.
NOTE: My Glassblower, Barry Allred, had told me to observe the resulting Visual Effects, when I placed my Fingertips on the Plasma Tube Bubble. He didn't realize and neither did I realize, that I would feel High-Voltage Sparks arcing to my Fingertips, while operating with my own UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit!!

FINAL CIRCUITRY:

I tested 12 different Ignition Coils (automotive & motorcycle - single & dual output), 10 - Power Transistors (5 - NPN darlington pairs, 3 - NPN power MOSFETS and 2 - IGBT's) and 4 - Plasma Tubes (Cheb phanotron and Allred - helium, "E" gas & mercury vapor + "E" gas blend per Dr. Bill Biagioli). After I had COMPLETED my Tests, I used 1 - 2N6059 Darlington Pair Power Transistor connected to 2 - 6 Volt J.C. Whitney Motorcycle Ignition Coils, which were wired in my UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit to an Allred Plasma Tube (mercury vapor + ""E" gas blend).
NOTE: When I tested my UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit, using my Wavetek 180 Frequency Generator at various Duty Cycle Settings, I found that a 50% Duty Cycle was the OPTIMAL Setting to generate the HIGHEST E-Fields!
When I tested Cheb's Phanotron, Allred's Helium and "E" gas Plasma Tubes, the Plasma Glow could NOT be seen. But when I used Allred's "E" gas with Mercury Vapor Plasma Tube (custom-made for Dr. Bill Biagioli), I could see a SLIGHT Plasma Glow at MOST Frequencies. The 2 - 6 Volt Motorcycle Ignition Coils, that I had tested, got Warm, but they did NOT get HOT! Each of these Coils have 1.5 ohms D.C. Primary Resistance, and in my UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit, they add-up to 3.0 ohms TOTAL Resistance.

UPDATES:

1/20/04 - I've just COMPLETED my Tests and shipped my 1st BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit to a Customer, who has had Lyme Disease for the past several years. STAY TUNED!!

2/6/04 - I've just talked with my FIRST Customer and she told me, that she has been doing Treatments every 3rd day for the past 6 weeks with her BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit and that she is obtaining HIGH Energy, lasting about 48 Hours!!

3/4/04 - I've just ordered 2 - Bosch "Blue" High Performance 6 Volt Automotive Ignition Coils (1.5 ohms - D.C. pri. res.). STAY TUNED!!

3/13/04 - I've just received and tested 2 - Bosch "Blue" High Performance 6 Volt Automotive Ignition Coils (1.5 ohms - D.C. pri. res.). I'll be installing these Ignition Coils in my BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2), since I've obtained an even HIGHER E-Field Output in the Frequency Range of 20 Hz. to 100 Hz., than the 2 - 6 Volt Motorcycle Ignition Coils, that I'm presently using!!.

3/31/04 - I've just talked with my FIRST Customer again and she told me, that she has been doing Treatments every 3rd day for the past 9 weeks with her BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit and that she CONTINUES to obtain HIGH Energy, lasting about 48 Hours!!

4/20/04 - I've just ordered a Constant Voltage/Constant Current 0-40 Volts/0-5 Amps. D.C. Power Supply. STAY TUNED!!

4/22/04 - I've just ordered a straight Glass Plasma Tube from Dr. Bill Biagioli. STAY TUNED!!

4/23/04 - I've just received and tested the NEW Constant Voltage/Constant Current 0-40 Volts/0-5 Amps. D.C. Power Supply, and since it enables MORE EFFICIENT operation down to 20 Hz., I will now be using it for my BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (Version 1.5)!

5/4/04 - I've just received an email from Dr. Jim Bare and he said that since my BIOENERAY XL2™ & XL3™ Plasma Tube Units are generating VERY HIGH E-Fields, that they may also be producing UNSAFE Alpha, Beta, Gamma and X-Rays!! He's sending me his Radiation Tester, so that I can do an Emissions Test of my Plasma Tube's Output. STAY TUNED!!
NOTE: The Leaded-Glass, that's being used in the Glass Plasma Tubes, is supposed to SHIELD these HARMFUL Rays, but I'm going to do the Test anyhow, and then I'll know for SURE, if these HARMFUL Rays are or are NOT being emitted by the Plasma Tube of my BIOENERAY XL2™ & XL3™ Plasma Tube Units!! STAY TUNED!!

5/7/04 - I've received and tested the straight Plasma Tube and I'm now going to use it for my NEW BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5).

5/7/04 - I've just COMPLETED the Alpha, Beta and Gamma Rays Emissions Test, using Dr. Jim Bare's Radiation Tester, that I've just received. His Radiation Tester detected ZERO Levels of Alpha, Beta and Gamma Rays, being emitted by the SPECIAL Mercury Vapor + "E" gas Plasma Tube of my NEW BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5)!! Next, I'm going to do the X-Ray Emissions Test. STAY TUNED!!

5/13/04 - I've just COMPLETED the X-Ray Emissions Test as per Dr. James Bare's Suggestions. Dr. Kim Lyons, my Friend, Business Associate and a Chiropractor, operated his X-Ray Machine before and after my X-Ray Emissions Test, and each time I observed a VISIBLE Blue Glow, which SHINED from the X-Ray Machine's Phosphor Screen.
I pulsed the SPECIAL Mercury Vapor + "E" gas Plasma Tube of my NEW BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2) at the following Frequencies: 100, 500, 1000, 2500 & 5000 Hz. + 10, 15 & 20 KHz., holding the SPECIAL Mercury Vapor + "E" gas Plasma Tube about 3" from the X-Ray Machine's Phosphor Screen. We saw the usual VISIBLE Blue Glow, which SHINED from inside of the Gas Plasma Tube, when I tested each Frequency, but we did NOT see a Blue Glow, SHINING from the Phosphor Screen, when we observed it CLOSE-UP in ALMOST TOTAL DARKNESS! I'm VERY SATISFIED with the Results of my X-Ray Emissions Tests!!

6/7/04 - I've just decided to use a 2 Pole/2 Position (DPDT) Toggle Switch with the 2 - Bosch "Blue" High Performance 6 Volt Automotive Ignition Coils in my NEW BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5), so that you can switch between an Anti-Parallel Connected Dual Ignition Coil Circuit, which generates a HIGH Electro-Magnetic Field, and my UNIQUE Dual Ignition Coil Series-Aiding Circuit, which generates a VERY HIGH Electro-Static Field (E-Field)!!

6/10/04 - I've just made 2 - Design Improvements, using 2 - SPECIAL Plastic Clamps to mount the 2 - Bosch "Blue" High Performance 6 Volt Automotive Ignition Coils in the Metal Cabinet of the High Voltage Power Supply for my BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 3.5). I also applied a SPECIAL type of Silicone Rubber to the Voltage Terminals of the 2 - Bosch "Blue" High Performance 6 Volt Automotive Ignition Coils to ELIMINATE Arcing and/or Corona Discharge, thus obtaining an E-Field Output, which is 1 1/2 times HIGHER!!

7/10/04 - I've now decided to REPLACE the NPN Power Transistor 2N6059 with the NPN Darlington-Pair Power Transistor BU941 or MJ11016 (5 - 15 v. p-p - input) or the NPN Inductive-Switching Power Transistor - BUX48A (20 - 30 v. p-p - input) in the High Voltage Power Supply for my BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5). And the NPN Darlington-Pair Power Transistor MJ11032 (5 - 15 v. p-p - input) or the NPN Inductive-Switching Power Transistor - BUX48A (20 - 30 v. p-p - input) in the High Voltage Power Supply for my BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 3.5). After running some tests, I found that the NPN Inductive-Switching Power Transistor - BUX48A operates STABLER in the High Voltage Power Supply for my BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) and BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 3.5), especially when operating at 20 Hz., than do the 2N6059, MJ11016 or BU941 NPN Power Transistors!

9/9/04 - I've now decided to REPLACE the Metal Cabinet, that I've been using for the High Voltage Power Supply of the BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 3.5), with a Heavy-Duty Plastic Cabinet, especially since I found that the E-Field Output would be INCREASED a distance of an additional Foot!

10/20/04 - I've COMPLETED testing my 4th Generation Plasma Tube Units, and so the BIOENERAY XL2™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 2.5) will NOW be called the ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™ and the BIOENERAY XL3™ Plasma Tube Unit (version 3.5) will NOW be called the ELECTRO-CELLULAR ENERGIZER II™.
